Behind the clouds there shines the sun

From the darkness into the light I run

I am free again from this illusion

I am whole, I am one

I looked into your eyes in search for the sun to rise

Trusting in a love I believed with all my life

In our truth I’m forced to realize

It’s in my heart, it’s in my soul

How many times have I searched outside these walls

Blinded by my tears I was deaf to spirits call

Now I’m here to see the beauty of it all

I’m captured by feelings I have never felt

A pure love so strong I fell to my knees

With this ring I wear myself

Go on down to the waterfall

Answer life questions there

Take it easy relax for a while

There’s no reason to care

The light reflects of the water

And it blinds my eyes

I fell into a pool of illusion

Left the world I knew behind

Don’t be afraid

Let go of your fears

Just breathe the water

I held my breath for a while

Afraid of what I might breathe in

Grasping for air I swallowed

Instead of ending a new life began

I followed the light through the darkness

It seemed so familiar

Love cascaded all around me

It was like being in a waterfall

Deeper Still

Trusting the magic that I know

To take me deeper into my unknown

Deeper still, a child’s memory of what is love,

lost in the sorrow of wisdoms past

Deeper still into my unknown, finding love

I think is true, buried in a false disguise

I trust the magic that I know to help me

survive this pain inside

Deeper still than I know,

I struggle  in my dreams of quiet,

thinking I might find my way to silence

If I could only dissapear,

it’s a lonely world that thinks it’s dying

The more I try, the less I love

Holding onto pain and sorrow

till all is lost in a flood of tears

Releasing myself from what I know

Is a deeper stillness of my soul

Lifting dreams of a childs memory

To a love unknown

Trusting the magic of life to sing through me to you
