The latest as of 1-29-07:

OK I have made the decision to follow my highest purpose and put my energy into music and healing full time…..

The Alaska Women’s Songwriters for Inner Peace Compilation CD is almost completed.  Here is a line up of the women and description of the project:

Lili McGovern, Rachel Hollander, Susan Brakeall, Shawn Zuke, Robin Hopper, Melissa Mitchell, Emily Kurn, Korina Moeller, Crystal Hutchins, the Derry Aires, Shirley Mae Springer Staten, Lanis Drake, Colleen Coadic, and Collete Weber.

Earnings generated from CD sales will be donated to the non-profit Mary Magdalaine House who offer a network of services to enable program participants to live free from prostitution and enjoy self-sufficient, independent lives including social, emotional, financial, and spiritual stability.  We believe that MMH are in line with our philosophy and mission to empower women.  Their willingness to be supportive and agreeable in assisting with the project’s itinerary and success is why we have chosen this non-profit for donation receivership from the Alaska Women Songwriters for Inner Peace Compilation CD.  Once the album is completed a CD release party will be thrown in Anchorage followed by an Alaskan tour.  The first three day leg of the tour will be held in Homer, Seward, and Anchorage, followed by the second three day leg tour at Wasilla, Talkeetna, and Fairbanks.  All of the singer/songwriters have offered their time to help promote and make this dream a reality.

We are in the process of raising money.  The first few challenges are getting the CD mastered, graphic artwork for the CD, and duplication.  Then we can start touring and distributing.

My other wonderful project is my new album Mystic Blue.  It will have 12 to 13 songs that are very dear to me.  Milo has been mixing it with me and we are both quite proud.  I believe that it will come out this spring sometime.

Heading to Grass Valley California with Melissa Mitchell and Korina Delgato to perform in a benefit concert for Inside Circle on February 24th.  The details will be in our LoveLifeMusic Calender.

“The Inside Circle Foundation (ICF), a not-for-profit organization created by inmates and ex-convicts, is dedicated to the personal growth of men in prison. The immediate goal is a reduction of prison violence and lower recidivism when inmates parole. The long- term goal is to let these men heal and achieve meaningful lives.”

Plus Melissa and I will be doing some shows on the side!

Blessings to you all and support indie music!
